looking for a female lab in Island City, Oregon

I am looking for a female lab (prefer yellow or golden, but like white too). would like her to be 6 to 9 months old. She has to be good with kids and cats. I like the more petite framed labs. She has to have a good temperment. She will be the only dog in the household, but will be socialized with other dogs, so she needs to be good with other dogs as well. She will not be trained for hunting so I don't care about papers or pedigree or training. She will be walked daily so her energy level shouldn't be a problem. (But please not so energetic that she is bouncing off the walls with energy). She does not have to be spayed (it would be a plus, but if she isn't then I will take care of that)  she will not be bred, but first shots would be nice. And I do not care if she has had her dew claws removed or not. I have a 7 year old son that loves dogs and wants one he can train to walk on a leash with him. So I am not really concerned if she is leash trained. At no time will she be off leash if outside unless she is in an enclosed yard, so obediance training is not a must. My son and I would love the chance to take the time to train her.  She will be spoiled and well loved.
